acquisitions

The Collection's life began with the Metal Candle, the first museum object donated by the Museum's founder, academician Aleksandar Despić. By working to expand the museum fund, curators acquired lots of exhibits, mostly as gifts, but also through purchases. Today, the museum fund has over 10,000 items and we continue our activity to supplement the collection, primarily in the area of domestic production.

If you would like to become a donor to the Museum, we invite you to contact us.
